The word Impel means “to drive, move, or push forward by strong moral force.”

Meet Our Founder and CEO

Joshjuan Jones, a Memphis native, is a coach, public speaker, facilitator, and a job developer. Joshjuan received his degree at Middle Tennessee State University in aerospace administration.

As a “goal” coach, Joshjuan reminds everyone they should pursue their goals and dreams no matter what obstacles they face.

Joshjuan works with business professionals, non profits, youth, and justice involved citizens by planning, teaching, and coaching basic life skills and employable job skills throughout the city of Memphis.

Joshjuan has facilitated numerous workshops and events helping goal chasers manage fear, gain meaningful employment, create strong goals, eliminate bad habits, and speak life into their goals.
